Boston Terrier AKC Registered Dogs Since 1992

Moe-R Boston Terriers Robbie is from Silver Springs Nevada. Located in northern Nevada. One hour east of Reno. The kennel name Moe-R was created when my last name was Moe. It sounds like “more”, a catchphrase more boston’s, more boston’s. We strive to produce healthy dogs, both physically and mentally, that represent the breed standard and make great pets with stable temperaments. These dogs go onto have an active career in performance and producing the next generation of beautiful dogs and long-time family members. Over the years I have been active in AKC confirmation dog shows. Training them and showing them and/or sending with a handler to a champion title.

We have seen the importance of health testing each generation with a positive outcome. Health testing consists of BAER-hearing, CAER-eyes, patella’s, JHC-juvenile hereditary cataracts for the CHIC certificate as recommended by the BTCA-Boston Terrier Club of America. Additional testing is advanced cardiac, tracheal hypoplasia, hip hypoplasia, leg-calv perthes, spine deformities, DNA sire for parentage, AKC’s DNA program for 300+ genetic traits. Test results are submitted to OFA-Orthopedic Foundation for Animals website for public viewing. Breedings are carefully planned with consideration to pedigrees plus how the sire and dam compliment each other.
